Became a "rookie" minor league basketball franchise owner in 2005
with the Charlotte Krunk ABA team. "We did everything as close to NBA style as possible, including
custom designed uniforms, multiple TV and radio ad spots on the same
stations as the NBA Bobcats, a ten thousand seat arena, cheerleaders,
etc. I was very proud of our effort as an organization in Charlotte.
This will be an even tougher challenge in this new economic climate, but
the original ABA faced similar challenges. I believe this league can be
a kin to the old ABA again. I would not be here if I didn't believe." |

Interweaving philanthropy with a burgeoning sports and entertainment
empire is no easy task, but that is exactly what the multi-faceted Glenn
Toby does on a daily basis. From founding the Book Bank Foundation, to
TEAM Management and I Sports, Toby will now spearhead operations for the ABA fledgling College Park Spyders in 2009 with longtime friend and one
time Queens, NY rap rival "Spyder" Duane Hughes.

journalism and public relations, Tambria later started her own PR firm,
Exodus Communications by Tambria Peeples (now Dretam PR), where she
offers media and community relations, branding, event planing,
cross-community promotions, press kit development and several other
components necessary for a successful PR campaign.
Her clients have included entertainers, nonprofit organizations,
schools, online retailers, authors and public speakers. More
specifically, the Stop the Violence Movement, Noted Street Ball/And 1
basketball player Philip "Hot Sauce" Champion and several others have
had the benefit of her expertise.
